Baby album

My husband's cousin had a baby boy about a month ago. This past weekend her family threw them a baby shower and this is the 9x9 album that I made for them.

The paper pack that I used was Caboodle from Close to my heart, a retired one now but still super cute and perfect for this album. I also used kraft colour ready borders, sparkles, opaques, rub ons, tiny tabs, buttons, and some ribbon!

Recessed Window Card

I found a tutorial for this recessed window card on SCS, and had to try it!! This card is easy to make but looks so cool.
My husband who is not normally excited about my scrapbooking even thought that it was neat and had to figure out how I made it!
The paper is CTMH Sophia, and the flower, leaf and sentiment stamps are from the Sophia Workshop. A few pink buttons with colonial white waxy flax and its good to go!!

Valentines!!

I have been saying for years that I wanted to make Valentines for the kids for school, well 2011 is the year. I finally did it!! I thought that they were really cute, not that original but cute.... until my son was almost done writing his out then asked me "mom what does 'your hip' mean?". At least if any of them make it to the parents they will understand!!

The inside with the sucker, and under the sucker it is stamped Happy Valentines day. My daughter in JK printed her name on all of hers.

Happy Valentines Day!!

Here is a card that my dear husband will be getting today! Valentines day is not a huge deal in my house, we tell each other how much we love and appreciate the other on a daily basis, But who would not love a card!! Another reason is that it's my Big sisters birthday so Happy Birthday Sherry and Happy Valentines Day everyone!!

This is a card I made tonight using the February Stamp of the month ~ Friendship. As soon as I saw this set it reminded me of someone, so i just had to make it for her!
This is the inside of the card and the quote "A friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart". Which is very suitable for the receiver! I have to give credit to fellow Close to my heart consultant, Amie Reker for the idea!
